Claude Gmail is a personal tool. Its only user is its owner, Pavel Říha. It accesses only the owner's own Google accounts (Gmail and Google Calendar) after he grants permission on Google's consent screen.
Messages and metadata of the owner's mailboxes, and events of the owner's calendar. It can read mail, create drafts, send mail only when the owner approves, and create or change calendar events at the owner's request.
Access tokens and message data are stored on the owner's own computer. Text of messages may be sent to the AI services the owner uses (Anthropic Claude) only to summarise messages and draft replies for him. Data is not shared with anyone else, not sold, not used for advertising, and not used to train generalised AI models by this tool.
The use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
The owner can revoke access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Revoking stops all access.
Česky: nástroj čte jen vlastní poštu a kalendář majitele. Data zůstávají na jeho počítači, text zpráv se posílá jen do AI služeb, které sám používá, a nikomu se nepředává.
